Primary Responsibilities Maintain HR compliance requirements as well as be knowledgeable and involved in HR issues as they arise.
Perform onboarding actions for new hires, as well as offboarding actions for exiting employees.
Complete accounts receivable activities, to include collections phone calls and email follow up daily.
Maintain 3rd party collection vendor - submit new accounts and follow up on existing accounts.
Submit claim packets and documents to proper billing party for payment.
Coordinate and administer payroll, benefits and other HR administrative support.
Position Requirements 1
years of experience with collection activities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker.
Hours 40 hours/week, shift is 8:
00am to 4:
30pm, Monday through Friday.
