We are looking for a qualified administrative assistant to join our growing team.
The right person is organized, reliable, has a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new programs and skills.
This is a full-time in person position that offers plenty of opportunity for overtime during tax season.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the correct staff Schedule meetings and maintain the office calendar Communicate clearly with clients regarding status of tax returns, and maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in person Maintain an accurate database of client information Manage accounts receivable by creating invoices and statements, and correctly applying customer payments when received process accounts payable by paying all bills in a timely manner Organize client documents and maintain client confidentiality Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
