Responsibilities:
o Handle recruitment schedule, calendar, and emails o Gather and organize relevant job applicant documents (e.
g.
, resumes, personality tests, etc.
) o Analyze resumes and select qualified candidates for the client o Assess job candidates with a telephone screen interview o Facilitate initial video interviews o Assist recruiters with communication with prospects (e.
g.
, phone, text, and email) o Prepare candidates for the format and logistics of the interviews o Prepare updates to customers for recruiters o Conduct reference checks on applicants o Manage and update recruiting tech, systems, and paperwork for recruiters
Qualifications:
o Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and college experience is desirable o Able to quickly learn and use new software, systems and technologies as needed o Ability to evaluate, process and take action in a timely manner with discretion o Maintain a high level of organization with a keen eye for detail o Team-oriented but equally capable of working independently o Able and willing to learn from mistakes and grow o Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills o Skilled in setting goals, planning and being accountable for results o Possess critical problem-solving skills o Proactive with a positive attitude o Exceptional relationship-building skills o Previous recruiting/hiring experience is preferable o Experienced in residential real estate is beneficial Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly o o Handle recruitment schedule, calendar, and emails o o Gather and organize relevant job applicant documents (e.
